商品描述

有機冷壓初榨椰子油80克
有機原庶糖35克
低筋麵粉 110克
快熟燕麥50克
喜瑪拉雅山岩鹽少許
有機杏仁碎50克
 
步驟:
• 融化椰子油，和糖打發成乳霜狀
• 加入低筋麵粉、鹽和燕麥，將之拌勻
• 把果位碎加入麵團(亦可加入其它堅果或入爐朱古力)，靜置15分鐘。平均分成25個麵團（每個12克），並㱘成塊狀
• 預熱烤箱並以以攝氏180度12-14分鐘烤熟麵團
