Online Shopping

shopping process
1. Become a member and receive new member benefits
2. Choose your favorite item and add it to your shopping cart.
3. Check out the shopping cart, system will automatically show discount or promotion 
4. Choose shipping method and provide shipping information to make payment
5. 5-7 working days, relevant colleagues will notify the shipment
Order details and progress can be viewed in the "My Account" at the top right corner after logging in to the member.

Delivery methods
1. Pick-up from at our store (Kwun Tong / Tsuen Wan / Amoy / Tai Po / Tuen Mun / Wan Chai)
You can pick up at our store, please fill in the store name or address at the address.

2. Purchase over $400 Free SF Locker 4-6 working days

1-10kg shipping cost $30 (Purchase over $400, the system will automatically free shipping)
If more than 10kg, only residential or business address can be sent
If you have not received it, please notify us to follow up with you through the online store or Facebook information system.
If you buy food goods t, it is recommended to pick up from the locker within the same day.


3. Residential / industrial and commercial address 5-7 working days delivery
Free shipping over $800
Purchase less than $800 will charge $70 for delivery fee (Free delivery on purchase of $800, the system will automatically free shipping)
Delivery areas include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. In the remote areas, $150 will be added for freight. Outside the island and outside Hong Kong, it will be discussed separately;
The delivery time will be sent to the customer within 7 working days after confirming the shopping list. The relevant department colleagues will contact the customer and confirm the delivery time.

Refund and Exchange Policy
I. Refund Arrangements
Generally No Refunds
Once an order is successfully placed, we do not accept refunds or returns for any personal reasons (such as change of mind or ordering the wrong product), unless we are ultimately unable to deliver the goods or the products are faulty.

Supplier Delays
Refunds will not be granted due to delays in supplier shipping or delivery schedules. We appreciate your understanding.

Out-of-Stock Items
If the item you ordered is out of stock and we are unable to deliver it, you can choose to:
Wait for the next shipment or Receive a full refund.

Refund Process
We will process the refund within 7 business days after confirmation.
Credit Card Payments: The amount will be refunded to the credit card account used for payment.
Other Payment Methods: The amount will be transferred to the customer's provided bank account.

II. Return & Exchange Arrangements

Return Timeframe
If you discover a problem with the product after receiving it, you must initiate a return or exchange within 3 days of receipt. Returns or exchanges for any reason will not be accepted after this period.

Return Procedure
Step 1: If the product is damaged or does not match your order, you must take photos of the relevant product and notify our customer service colleagues via: Facebook Messenger : 5285 9005
Step 2: Return the product in person to our Kwun Tong branch.

III. Eligible for Return/Exchange
The received item does not match the ordered item, or The received item is damaged.

IV. Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
Reasons personal to the customer, such as ordering the wrong product or finding it unsuitable.
Products that have been altered by the customer or damaged after use.
Any products received more than 3 days ago.
We will endeavor to provide you with a replacement for returned items. Manna Organic Station reserves the right to modify all exchange terms without prior notice, and the right to refuse any exchange. In case of any disputes, Manna Organic Station reserves the final decision.
