Directions
Take 3 capsules 1-3 times daily with food. For postexercise muscle recovery: Take 2-4 hours before exercise, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. For menstrual pain relief: Take for 2 days prior to menstruation and 3 days after, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. For general analgesic relief: Take the recommended dose, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner
